We offer free shipping when you spend $99 or more. For orders under $99, we have a flat shipping rate of $15 for Express Post across Canada. This is shipped via Canada Post and UPS.
To track the progress of your order visit: My Orders in the "My Account" section once you have logged in. Select the order you want to track. If an order has already been shipped, you can click "Tracking Number" for that order to find out when to expect delivery. We use Express Post 2-day shipping for most locations across Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, please refer to your order confirmation email for your tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Your order confirmation email is generated upon placement of your order. Please allow 15 minutes for it to arrive in your inbox and be sure to check your spam folder.
Thanks for your interest. We only ship within Canada, USA and Puerto Rico at this time. If you are outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please get in touch with us via the Contact page.
Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us so we can make things right. We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise by mail for a full refund minus shipping charges if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that your original receipt/invoice must be included.

Gift cards
Gifts with purchase items
Product samples
Packaging and Shipping Your Return
Items purchased more than 30 days prior to return
Please package your return in the original box (if possible)
